Terms of service

These terms cover your use of vibemast.com and your purchase of Vibemast digital products, like the Ship-It Kit and the Business Brain Kit. By buying or downloading from us, you agree to them.
Who we are
Vibemast is operated by Wobbl Limited, New Zealand. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Wobbl Limited. When you buy from vibemast.com, your contract is with Wobbl Limited.
What you're buying
You're buying a download of files: rules, prompts, scripts and checklists. Nothing is posted to you. After you pay, you get a link to download the files. Prices are in US dollars.
Your licence
When you buy a pack, you get a non-exclusive licence to:
- use it in your own projects, personal or commercial, including client work;
- edit it for your own use;
- keep the files you generate from it inside those projects.
You may not:
- resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the pack, or a substantial part of it, as a file, a repository, a template pack or in any other form, free or paid;
- publish it as a standalone collection in a public repository or on a website;
- claim it as your own work.
We keep the copyright in the pack. That applies to the paid packs.
The free mini pack is different. It's released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence (CC BY 4.0), so you may share and adapt it, including commercially, as long as you credit Vibemast with a link to https://vibemast.com. The Vibemast name and logo aren't covered by that licence.
No guarantees about results
The packs are aids. AI coding tools and AI-assisted security checks can still get things wrong. A pack doesn't guarantee that your software is secure, correct or fit for any purpose. You're responsible for reviewing what you build and ship, and for getting professional advice where the risk is high, for example payments at scale, or health, children's or other regulated data. Tools and frameworks change quickly, so we state the versions each pack was checked against.
Refunds
Our products are instant digital downloads, so we don't refund a change of mind once the files are delivered. If a file is faulty, missing or won't download, email us and we'll fix it or resend it. Our refund policy has the details. Your rights under consumer law aren't affected.
Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost data, arising from your use of a pack. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the pack.
If you're buying for business purposes, you and we agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 doesn't apply, as far as the law allows. If you're buying as a consumer, nothing in these terms limits your rights under that Act or any other consumer law.
Payments and taxes
Payments are handled by Shopify and its payment partners. We don't see or store your card details. Prices may include or exclude tax depending on where you live, as shown at checkout.
Conduct
Use the store lawfully. Don't try to break, overload or get around the store or the download delivery. We can cancel orders and refuse service where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.
Changes
We may update these terms, the packs and the prices. Changes don't affect orders you've already paid for, and your licence stays as it was when you bought.
Governing law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This doesn't take away any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
